After closing the VOI definition window the segmentation is immediately started. It will use the definition which was applied most recently.

Applying a Changed Configuration
Whenever one of the configurations items has changed, the Epi/Endo button has to be activated again to start the new segmentation. It will open the VOI editing window with empty EPI and ENDO, so that the initial contour definitions need to be loaded again.
